This includes travel time, meeting preparation, & participation.
After the first hour, this is invoiced in 15-minute increments.
This includes all requested court appearances, related travel, preparation, participation and documentation time. There is a 4 hour minimum for court appearances. Minimum payment must be made at least 48-hours in advance of the court date.
This includes cancellations with less than 24-hour notice or not showing for an appointment without notification.

Some services are not covered by insurance. It is the client's responsibility to check coverage. All fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. The above listed fees can be changed at any time. Formal fee agreements are provided to clients prior to services being rendered.
